Feed My Lamb Kabarole (FMLK) is a non-governmental non-profit organisation dedicated to creating a healthy independent generation of transformed orphaned and vulnerable children. Members whose lives were motivated to do something as they witnessed in their community, the growing number of street children, orphans, and other vulnerable children founded feed My Lamb Kabarole (FMLK). The increased numbers of children that continued to lack physical, social, economic and spiritual care, resulting in psychological stress, which can lead into drug abuse, theft, and prostitution, among other things; brought the team to action. The founding members organised themselves to engage in developmental programs and activities aimed at implanting sustainable hope into these vulnerable children and communities
Innovative and integrated community approach
Creating healthy sustainable communities, connects members who then will engage vulnerable children in meaningful lives breaking the cycle of poverty and neglect. We empower communities through grassroots programs in education, agriculture, and vocational skills training assisted by volunteers. We offer our communities vulnerable children quality holistic education, considering both academics and life skills training. We rely on donations, gifts and contributions from sponsors like you to help sustain our programs. Your small or large contribution can produce a bright future, and a meaningful life for today’s vulnerable children.
Feed My Lamb Kabarole (FMLK) tackles both causes and consequences of poverty, by taking an integrated approach involving the community. We start with working with vulnerable children, giving sustainable hope for a brighter future through education, skills training and health care. Secondly, we work with our community members as a catalyst to ensure they have access to counselling, to our buildings for meetings and community gatherings. We provide all community members assistance where we can, developing their successes. Join us in helping our community and children survive and thrive!
